Summary
This series of smart charging piles uses high-performance embedded power modules to provide fast and safe charging for lithium batteries.
The charging power module adopts mature active power factor correction + LLC resonance technology, and has good electromagnetic compatibility performance (input power factor ≥0.98; input current harmonic distortion rate ≤5%) and extremely high efficiency (full load efficiency ≥95%) ) With multi-module parallel connection.
The charging pile is mainly composed of a charging power supply module, a controller, a display screen, an interface circuit and the like. It has 12V auxiliary power supply, CAN-bus communication circuit and charging gun.
The charging pile has an appointment charging function.
l Battery reversed connection protection
When the battery is not connected or reversed, the charger shuts down and displays the error code.
l Short circuit protection
When the output of charger is short circuited,the charger is shut down and displays the error code .
l Input under-voltage/phase-loss protection
When the input voltage drops below the preset voltage or when there is a phase-loss, the output stops and the error code is displayed.
l Input over-voltage protection
When the input voltage exceeds the preset voltage, the output stops and the error code is displayed.
l Overheat protection
When the temperature of the charger exceeds the preset temperature,the output stops and the error code is displayed.
l Output over-voltage protection
When the output voltage exceeds the preset voltage,the charger is shut down and the error code is displayed
l Input over-current protection
When the input current exceeds the preset current, the charger is shut down and the error code is displayed.
l Output over-current protection
When the output current exceeds the preset current, the charger is shut down and the error code is displayed.
l Current backflow protection
When the current starts to backflow, the charger automatically shts down and the error code displays.
